Stephanie da Silva, PhD, BCBA-D

Behavior Analyst

Dr. Stephanie da Silva’s experience in behavior analysis began in 1998 when she provided in-home therapy for children with autism and conducted lab research on response recovery under extinction. Her graduate studies and early career focused on experimental investigations of behavioral history, choice, and behavioral resurgence. Dr. da Silva's more recent work has assessed stimulus-stimulus pairing, blocking as a learning impediment, and consummatory behavior. She is a full professor at Columbus State University, where she is in her 15th year of service, and she works with the Behavioral Science Center as a Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D).
